We are young and ambitious. We have a good idea and want it to become a reality. For the last year we have been creating Deeper - smart sonar, operating with smartphones and tablets that support Android 2.2+ and iOS 4.0+ operating systems. It is a unique project that requires large investments. This is why we can not bring it to completion unless we get your financial assistance. We ask you to support us and we will do everything to make this product reach you, your friends, relatives and other passionate fishermen as soon as possible. We hope that Deeper will serve both, the passionate amateur fishermen as well as the professionals. We want you to be the one with the biggest catch!

What is Deeper?

After a few futile hours at the pond with a fishing-rod many begin to wonder what it would be like using one’s smartphone to see where all the fish are hiding. With this device we are making it possible. The sonar ensures that your fishing goes successfully in any fresh or salt water all around the globe. When Deeper is paired with your smart device, its unique technology allows you to see the view of the ponds bed. It is reflected by sonar's emitted waves then the information is sent to the screen of a phone or a tablet allowing you to learn about the water temperature, depth and, of course, where the fish are.

How does it work?

Deeper interacts with a smartphone or tablet computer via Bluetooth connection and a special mobile application created for this unique sonar. Using this app, you will see all the information required to enjoy successful fishing.

Deeper sonar can easily interact with a smart device within up to 150-foot range with no additional cables. Operating systems Android 2.2+ or iOS 4.0 and higher will ensure that the mobile app works right.

Mobile app of the Deeper sonar lets you observe air temperature, moon phase, turn on the calendar and check the dates important to fishermen without turning off the echo-sounder. You can instantly take a photo of the fish you just caught without turning off the application and post it on Facebook or Twitter social networks. You don't even need to leave the boat or the fishing site.

We are almost ready. We found a well established high-tech factory that is capable of mass producing the device. However, they have a 1,000-unit minimum order requirement to start process.

Q) Does Deeper work with all phones and tablets?
A) No. Deeper works only with smartphones and tablets supporting iOS 4.0+, 5.0+ and Android 2.2+ operating systems.

Q) Is Deeper the only sonar that works with a smartphone or a tablet?
A) As far as we know, yes. We are the innovative company that creates devices like no one else in the market.

Q) When can I download an app from Apple App Store or Google Play?
A) At this moment the app is being tested. It will be available for download in August 2012 or maybe sooner.

Q) Will the app cost money?
A) No. The first version of the app will be free.

Q) Will the mobile app for Deeper have add-ins?
A) Yes. We work hard for the app to have as many functions as possible. In the future, there will be many more functions.

Q) Is Deeper resistant to water and shocks?
A) Yes. While designing the device we had in mind that it has to be resistant to water in the depth of up to 1 meter, and small shocks.

Q) How does Deeper work?
A) You attach the device to a fishing-line and using the fishing-rod throw it to the location where you plan to catch fish. After landing on the water, device immediately turns on and sends information about that particular spot: depth, fish, water temperature. It could be done from the coast, a boat, a small bridge, a harbour and maybe even from a large boat or a bridge.

Q) Who can use this device?
A) We recommend it to everyone who enjoys nature and fishing. Your age does not matter, however, we recommend being at least 13.

Q) Will Deeper be available for purchase in shops that sell fishing gear?
A) Yes. We are searching for partners all around the world who can sell our product, but the price will be significantly higher and we expect that our device will be available in shops in October, 2012.
