Dave "Stage" Williams
It's been 13 years since we lost our dear friend, Dave Williams. In remembrance of Dave, we have released a special anniversary edition of the Sinner album, and are performing the album in its entirety live around the US. We have also put together the video you see here for the song, "Soul", which includes rare and never before seen footage of Dave live.
People assume drugs and alcohol are the cause when the news reports that a rock star has died. Dave actually died of the heart disease known as Cardiomyopathy - disease of the heart muscle. Dave didn't know he had it. It often goes undiagnosed. It affects people of all races and ages.
To celebrate Dave's life and contribution to music, we have partnered with the American Heart of Association of Dallas, TX, and IndieGogo, to raise both awareness of the disease, and funds for further research and development of new treatments.

We set the financial goal of $13,000, and know that with the support from all the Drowning Pool friends and fans around the globe, we will hit this!
In exchange for your donation of $30 or more, we have a special tribute t-shirt for you that has Dave's image on the front and the lyrics to the last song we wrote together, "Heroes Sleeping", on the back.
100% of the proceeds will go to the American Heart Association of Dallas, TX in Dave's name.
