My Fathers's Cancer Golf Drive

My Father (Robert Kimpinski) has been recently diagnosed with late stage 4 prostate cancer. With this grim news I wanted to do something special for him to show my appreciation.

 The reason for this campaign is really two folds. First part being mainly my father and his prostate cancer and the second is our local community owned golf course which my father has helped build.

Dad was born and raised in Shoal Lake and has remained in this community his entire life. This local community owned 9 hole golf course has recently fallen on financial hardship. The course is over 50 years old and alot of hard work has been put into it so we would like to see it remain in our community forever.

I am trying to raise enough money in honor of my father to eliminate the debt that has been acquired over the years due to maintenance and upkeep of this course. With a fresh start I believe this community owned treasure will remain in the community forever.

I am not sure how much time my father has left and I would like to do this donation in my fathers honor before he passes. 

 If the financial goal is reached ($150,000) anything further will be donated to the http://ca.movember.com in his name.

Donation Levels of Recognition

Silver – under $25 – Silent recognition

Bronze – Under $100 – Name listed on plaque in club house.

Gold – $100 and over - Name listed on monument on Hole #2 - A monument will be built in my Dad honor.
