Fishes for Marrow Wishes - The Natalie and Alice Fish Story

In 2011 two of Tyler and Lisy Fish's five children; Natalie and Alice, were diagnosed with a rare gene disfunction called Leaky SCID (Severe Combined Immune Deficiency). Their condition is so rare, that only two cases are reported in the U.S. each year. We are hoping to bring attention, not only to the girls but this rare condition. Both girls have endured much, and have spent most of their young lives in and out of hospitals due to common illnesess that a normal and healthy immune system would overcome. The required treatment for the girls is chemotherapy, followed by a bone marrow transplant.

Although the new marrow can save their lives, it will ever be a long and arduous road.  The family’s financial needs far exceed their current resources. With both girls in treatment and 3 other children at home Tyler is not able to work during this time.  To help the Fish family, we are hoping to raise the funds needed to aid them through this difficult time.  Their needs are very basic - Prescription meds, gluten free meals, cleaning supplies, etc.  100% of your contribution will go to the recovery and therapy of this sweet family.
