This is not just a workout. This is not just a tour.
This is a movement.
I’m Amy Clover, and I’m trying to inspire hope into thousands of people across the world who want to give up.
I found my recovery through fitness, and I’m hoping to show people across North America that they can, too.
THE MOVEMENT
![indiegogobanner]()
I’m raising money to fund my 30x30 Project: To celebrate the 30th birthday I almost didn’t have, I’ll be touring across the US and Canada teaching 30 donation-based bootcamps in 30 different cities to raise money for the non-profit movement called To Write Love On Her Arms (TWLOHA).
WHY?
![indiegogowhy]()
In high school, I struggled with clinical depression and obsessive compulsive disorder. I had so much pain building up inside of me, but I was too scared to reach out to anyone for help. After years of trying to act strong on the outside, and falling apart on the inside, I reached a point where I couldn’t handle the pain anymore. I decided to end it.
I was stopped, and admitted into a suicide watch program where I started realizing that doing everything on my own was keeping me from healing. Through the act of finally opening up to my family and friends, I discovered that I had never actually been alone.
I went through years of recovery and now feel stronger than ever. I’m a personal trainer and blogger, helping other people recognize the strength they have within themselves.
Every day people across the world suffer in silence because they’re too scared to reach out for help. In fact, 350 million people worldwide suffer from depression and ⅔ of those people never seek treatment. They need to know that their life matters, and that hope is real.
I want to make this tour a movement to inspire thousands of people to find hope, to show them how strong they are, and that they are not alone.
WHAT’S TWLOHA?
![indiegogotwloha]()
To Write Love on Her Arms is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery.
I’m doing this for TWLOHA because their efforts offer the support I wish I’d had when I didn’t know how to ask for help.
This tour can help fund programs that offer peer and professional support, events and even scholarships to help the people who need understanding and compassion.
WHY SHOULD I DONATE?
![indiegogodonate]()
Your donations will make it possible for me to go all over the US and Canada to spread the message of hope, teach free classes, and show people proof that they can overcome any setback. If I don’t raise this money, this tour doesn’t happen.
If I don’t raise this money, I can’t show up in person and show YOU how strong you are by sweating up a storm in my unique workout.
If I don’t raise this money, I can’t raise awareness while collecting donations for a non-profit that saves lives.
If I don’t raise this money, I can’t get out there to convince these people who are struggling that they are needed. I can’t show them that if I did it, and can be as strong as I am now, they can do it, too.
You most likely know someone who is or has struggled. What would you give to convince them that their lives are important? What would you give to show them how much they mean to us?
You can help me create this spark of hope for thousands across the world. You can be the foundation of this movement.
Please make sure to check out StrongInsideOut.com/30x30project for a full list of cities I’ll be visiting, timeline, and more information. You can also show your support by signing up to receive updates along my tour!
WHERE DOES ALL THE MONEY GO?

Please be advised that your donation will not be a tax-deductible contribution, but your kindness will make it possible for me to gather tax-deductible donations around the country and online while on tour.
