What is Forward Ohio?
Forward Ohio is a yearly DIY punk music festival that has taken place in various locations in Ohio.
Along with offering all ages music, workshops and zine/book distros, Forward Ohio raises money for local non-profits in each host city.
Forward Ohio 2013
This year Forward Ohio will take place in Columbus, Ohio April 26th and 27th.
Along with providing a fest that is free of corporate sponsorship, we book this fest with a focus on creating an environment that is free of racist, sexist, homophobic and transphobic behavior.
GIVING BACK:the real punk
With this fundraiser FO is looking to raise some money for the Columbus food pantry. We are doing that by offering you 5 amazing fest shirts. 100% of the profits we make from this fundraiser goes to the pantry.
This isn't charity or throwing money at a problem so you don't have to think about it anymore. It's about saying that as a community, DIY punk culture is about more than just music.
