Hello, I’m Seth Kozak, writer and producer of “Rendezvous.” After film school, my moviemaking career was put on hold to continue service in the armed forces. Since then, my production acumen has grown while working on dozens of film and TV productions. Now, with an exceptional cast and crew, we're taking this award-winning script to screen!
I wrote the initial treatment for "Rendezvous" while serving in Iraq in 2003. Ten years later, I completed a page-turning script that won-over judges at multiple film festivals. The screenplay attracted top-tier cast and crew including Emmy-winning actor David Lago and two-time Emmy-nominated composer Howard Pearl.
Out team raised enough funds to shoot most of the film, including challenging winter scenes, before I was sent back to Iraq. With deployments behind us, we're seeking finishing funds to wrap production, post-production, and compete in a strategic slate of film festivals. We’re asking potential supporters to evaluate our standards of excellence. We hope you’ll join our team and become a permanent part of our movie's history.

What We Need & What You Get
- We're seeking $5,200 to finish this film and get it into appropriate film festivals. The funds will go toward two days of principle photography, special equipment such as a drone rental, minimal requirements for essential cast and crew, post production services, and our film festival campaign.

- Approximate expense breakdown: The first $2,000 will enable us to finish production (drone rental, actors, 1.5 days of principle photography, B-roll footage, picture car rental, locations, etc.), the next $2,000 will go toward post-production (original score recording sessions, music licensing, coloring, titles, sound mix, etc.), and the final $1,200 will be used for releasing and competition (campaign graphics, press kits, and festival fees).

- We believe we've already overcome the greatest challenges this production could throw at us. With military deployments, career changes, and international moves behind us, the fact that we're tenacious enough to press-on to completion says more about us than we can put into words.
