Summary

I had the pleasure of working with Dimi Nakov as DOP of our feature film JOURNEY OF A STORY.  His short film BLINDSIDE has just been selected for the Cannes Short Film Corner, and it would be awesome to get him to the event to be there in person!

Dimi is extremely hard working, dedicated filmmaker, happy to tackle projects of any size.  He has created the facebook group FILM MAKERS: Generation Next which has over 5000 members and is a great resource for filmmakers to share ideas, projects and work globally.

His hard work over the years we have known is now paying off so we want to help him!

This campaign is the brain-child of Phil Greeves and Kay Rayner, who have both witnessed grow and develop as a filmmaker.

What We Need & What You Get

We want to raise the funds for Dimi to travel to Canne for the festival in May, and to also not sleep on the street when he's there!

This is supporting a young kiwi Filmmaker to maximise his potential exposure by being at the festival in person to meet other filmmakers, buyers, and industry people.
