My name is Jared Swanson and I would like to fully express my gratitude to all of my friends, family, and fans who helped me play my first show in New York and San Francisco this year and record a new body of music. The videos above feature new recordings that you made possible! We are now finishing the final mixes at SwanSound Music and getting ready to hold a listening party in Los Angeles. BIO

I co-produced the self-titled album Abbot Kinney with my father Brad Swanson and friends Jeremiah Baca and William Moore in 2010 mixed by Matty Green (TV on the Radio, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Kanye West, No Doubt). It received airplay on KEXP in Seattle, some critical acclaim (NoHo ARTS, Andrew Brennan) and was featured in a bunch of films including Seven Below starring Ving Rhames and Val Kilmer. Listen to the debut album on Soundcloud, Spotify, Pandora or iTunes. Abbot Kinney was featured in a Bose Headphones commercial that is still being aired nationally. We have opened for Young Blood Hawke, Ruby Friedman, The Moth & The Flame, and the Active set.
