Accra Green Market by AgriPro
Buy smart, Buy local
The Accra Green Market is Ghana's first 100% Local and Organic farmers market. It has been formed to improve food security for local residents by increasing physical and economic access to healthy food and agricultural value added products. The market will link small farmers who produce using sustainable agriculture practices with consumers in a unique community gathering. Making locally grown produce available to consumers. Buying local has positive impacts on farmers, consumers and their communities. We believe that a vibrant local agriculture economy is essential for Ghana's physical and economic well being.
AGRIPRO is an organization building the capacity to increase agricultural productivity and incomes of small-scale farmers, provide training and education on sustainable agriculture and how it benefits farmers and Agribusinesses, and connect buyers/investors with farmers/sellers.

The Accra Green Market is a sustainable event both environmentally and economically. To ensure that the market can take place on a monthly basis we are seeking to earn enough revenue from the first market to fund the next market. We are sourcing funding via this campaign and corporate sponsors. Any funds that we obtain that surpass our fundraising goal will be invested into the next market. Please feel free to contact us at info@agriprohub.com if you have any questions relating to fundraising or our budget.
