Hello everyone! The American Fusion Project is about engaging students and communities with school workshops and our own innovative concert. Our project consists of 8 artists, all either in attendance or recent graduates from The Juilliard School in New York. These 8 artists come from different artistic disciplines from instrumental musicians, to dancers, to an opera singer, to acting:

Kristen - Piano
Jake - Baritone/Actor
Cleo - Dance/Choreographer
Kyle - Dance/Choreographer
Taylor - Dance/Choreographer
Gabe - Composer/Piano
Although our initial tour has us traveling through Kansas, sharing our passion for the performing arts with students of all ages and community members across the state, there is a possibility that this tour will extend past Kansas to New York, Texas, Florida, Minnesota, and who knows? - maybe even the 50 states someday. The potential for this project to reach more than one community is huge! We are excited to bring the performing arts up close and personal during school workshops and personal interactions with the community before, during, and after our performance.

The anticipated costs for this project are projected to be around $37,000.

The money raised from our Indiegogo campaign will be in partial fulfillment of our overall projected expenses; all funds that are raised will be used in full to move forward with the project.

Creating a space for positive thinking and creativity.
This project is not only important to the future of the performing arts, this project will strengthen each community. By building connections with the artists and supporting a world full of positive creativity, people across the States will be joining together to bring this unique experience to a collective community, exposing young individuals and inspiring them to dream big.
Side Note: When Elizabeth Fildes and Kristen Doering performed in Garden City, Kansas, in August of 2013, 350 people came out on a Tuesday night to our performance. The amount of interest and support was too positive to ignore. In Kansas City with Maria Im and Kristen Doering, the audience members were immediately asking when we were planning to perform again!
