Our team has conceptualized and is creating the only system of its kind which will change the process of selling on eBay.

Is it only an APP?

Our system is designed to use both an APP an also allow a seller to use the system direct on our website.  However, the focus now is to get the APP up and running first for all smartphone users.  The APP will allow the uploading of images direct from a smartphone without the need to transfer images from a camera to a computer.

What will make our system unique?

No setting up an eBay account.  We represent each and every seller on our priority Red Auk accounts.   We do all the listing work for the seller.   We do the logging in, we do the entering of the listing  description, we optimize the images, we monitor the auction, we arrange the safe-keeping of the monies in a secure Escrow account.

How much information will be needed to use the APP?

Only your name, address, telephone and email address.  You will also create your own password.  We will not need any credit card information at all, or any other personal information.   The same information to use the APP will also work on the website version.

How much will it cost to use the APP?

The fee is only five dollars per item when the item is sold and provided the item is valued under two thousand dollars.  The cost is minimal as the system is automated.  Therefore only a small cost to many users will make the APP a reality.  Finally a way to take part in selling on eBay.

How exactly does the APP operate?

 1. Simply download the APP. Other apps ask for substantial personal information. We ask for three things: your email, password, & location. We do not even ask for credit card information.

2. Take some pictures of the item you want to sell, fill out the information needed,  Title, Price, and Description... you can do it in sixty seconds. 

 3. Press submit. After you press "Submit," all the information is sent to Red Auk and we  take over from there, literally.

Red Auk headquarters receives your information

The Application will integrate and transfer information to the Red Auk secure servers. No need to choose categories. Our automated system will recognize your description and put it into the appropriate category.Your information is automatically categorized and formatted in our system. Our proprietary Application in conjunction with adapted eBay APIwill create a new, faster and easier method for listing on eBay by persons who were previously hesitant due to technology fears, and persons seeking a faster system.

The app works on all phones

The Application is being built to be formatted across platform to work on Apple, Smartphones, and Android devices. The Seller may use an open WiFi connection to avoid possible phone connection fees when uploading images and corresponding information. A Seller may use the app at any time to upload photos to the secure servers for listing on eBay. Listings will appear on the eBay account administered by the Application provider, Red Auk. Opening of the Application at any time will enable the Seller to select images stored on the smart phone and attach information to the images for consequent upload via the app. The Application will bind the information for the listing to the images selected to create the complete listing. The Application will hold the image file name and corresponding listing information in a hold status until Seller initiates the upload. The hold status will facilitate the ability of the Seller to choose the appropriate connection for the uploading to optimize uploading speed.

Our system works automatically

Our team is building a huge data base which can receive information from tens of thousands of sellers, sorts the information and photos into categories, and forwards them to an on-line selling site. All this is done automatically. Our application will be tied into the world's largest on-line market place--eBay. All the items are put under one name and one account--something that has never been done before. This eliminates the need for people to set up their own selling accounts. If the item is run through our system at $2,000 or less, the listing is free. If the item is $2,001 or greater, there will be a listing fee from eBay, which will automatically be forwarded to the seller. The seller will pay eBay through our system.

When each item is sold

Seller will be able to view their listing information and status at any time. You can watch the bidding and the closing from your phone. When your item is sold, within a few seconds, our system immediately notifies you so that you can ship the item immediately.

Shipping

The funds received for the sale of the item from the Buyer will be held in an “Escrow” account and will not be accessible by Seller, Buyer or Red Auk until completion of the following:

- Shipping of the item by the Seller (will be tracked by Shipping Label number

- Our system will provide a printable Shipping Label with the Buyer's address

Either you or the Buyer can check on the tracking number, through our system.  Red Auk servers auto-track the shipping number every twenty-fours.

Payment

The money from the buyer for your item will be securely held in our Escrow account which is handled by www.escrow.com , ensuring your money is safe.  The money will be held until the item is received by the Buyer.  You provide a tracking number when you ship the item.  The tracking number is entered into the APP.  When the item has arrived to the Buyer which is verified by Red Auk tracking the shipped item, all funds are released to the Seller less the five dollar fee.  The money is sent by PayPal or by cheque if you prefer for a small fee.

How soon does a seller get the money?
As soon as the item has been delivered, your money will be released to you.

Is the Red Auk system and money handling safe?
Red Auk is a registered legal corporation.  All the companies Red Auk uses are highly respected.

Application and application servers and Red Auk servers shall implement up-to-date security systems at all times and shall apply auto back-up systems at all times to protect the integrity of the information provided by Sellers and Buyers.  All accounting systems shall operate within the requirements and guidelines as set down by eBayand the government of the country in which an item is being offered for sale.
