For years sisters Jamie and Tera Clyde have talked and dreamt about opening a boutique. Over the years they've plotted their ideal business: a place to perfectly utilize their talents, their creativity, and their exquisite sense of style. A shop that reflects their unique vision and years of business and creative training. Welcome to Jimi and Chair.
Jimi and Chair is an art and furniture boutique that brings together the talents of the two sisters. Jimi (Jamie Clyde), is an artist who has spent the past five years creating art and reviving vintage furniture in NYC. Chair (Tera Clyde) lives in SLC, UT and is the charisma and charm of the duo. Both have skills in business and management as well as an unstoppable desire to make the world more beautiful. Jamie and Tera are obsessed with home. They have fussed enthusiastically over their own homes for years and now feel its time to take that obsession to the public.
At the Jimi and Chair online boutique, you'll find one of a kind pieces: refurbished bohemian tables next to mid-century lamps, and industrial bar stools alongside French chaises. In another corner you'll find original artwork, limited edition books, and one-of-a-kind sculptures plucked from far reaches of the globe. It's a delightful fusion of revived vintage pieces, paired with wonderful art.
In addition to making the world more beautiful, Jamie and Tera are committed to making the world kinder. An entire section of the boutique is designated to a various non profits. Jimi and Chair is donating a hefty percentage of sales in their "Products that Matter" section to an important non-profit group.
Burst Forth Boutique
This campaign is to fund our start-up capital because alas, looks just aren't enough to go on these days. This campaign will get Jimi and Chair up and running with our stage one plans for an online boutique. Funding will go to our merchandise, operations cost, works space, and materials and launch us toward getting the physical boutique space. We need you!
