The BallCam is an Invention of BallCam Technologies Inc., A Florida Corporation. Because The BallCam, BallCam.com, and all associated intellectual property are owned by BallCam Technologies Inc., all persons participating in this funding may, at their option, claim one share of stock in BallCam Technologies Inc, for every Dollar given by them, in addition to other perks offered as a part of this funding effort.

What We Need & What You Get:

BallCam Technologies Inc is seeking to raise $50,000 to finalize the development and Release To Industry of the BallCam.

The initial design is complete, and a majority of the code necessary to handle image processing has already been written.

After the development and Release To Industry of the BallCam, the goal is to sell BallCam Technologies Inc. and all its holdings, (Website, BallCam.com, The BallCam Design, all Intellectual Property, and whatever Shares of Stock are held by the Corporation), to any interested party.

If the funding goal is not met with this campaign, all funds will be rolled over immediately into another BallCam IndieGoGo Campaign.

Perks:

1) For EVERY Dollar given, a Funder will receive one chance (per hundred), to receive a Production BallCam. These will be distributed via blind-drawing to the funders.

2) Every Person who gives $100 or more, will receive One Production BallCam, serial numbered, when the product is ready for market. These BallCams will be serial-numbered, based on the amount donated, and will be produced from Regulation Professional Game-Ball footballs. They are certain to be Highly Collectible!

BallCam Technologies believes that this Invention will Change The Game like never before. For the first time, Football fans will be able to see the Football's-eye view of the game. Accelerometers and force-sensors will record player data that can help in training, and fantasy-football leagues.
