BAM! is a great party for a meaningful cause!
We (Tanya Huang and Erin Leach) have an autoimmune condition called alopecia areata, which causes hair loss. Recently we both made big strides embracing what we have (see video above!) and we really want to improve the outlooks of people living with alopecia. This party marks our first step towards this goal.
We've partnered with Suki's Hair Salon, who loved that this cause is so personal to us, to provide you a hair and bow tie fashion show (since Tanya is a neckwear designer at Knot Theory).
We've also invited two bands, whom Erin loves: Their There and Dogwood & Dahlia, to perform for the night!
100% proceeds go to non-profit org called BAM! (Bold Alopecia Movement).
We hope you can join us!

HAIR AND BOW TIE FASHION SHOW
The night will start with a spectacular hair and bow tie fashion show, presented by both male and female models. The show will feature to-die-for-hair by the hair mavens at Suki's (They are more affordable than you think!) and summer-ready bow ties by Knot Theory (Vancouver design house currently seen in the June issue of GQ UK). Will there be clothes too? Yes. (We know what you're thinking. It is not the Chippendales! Though it could be if you stay long enough ;)) Styling by talented wardrobe stylist Nicolette Lang-Andersen!
We'll have a bow tie tying contest. Start practicing tying a bow tie like a pro and win prizes!
