Barrowmaze is a two-part exploration-style megadungeon for Labyrinth Lord and other classic fantasy role-playing games. I self-published Barrowmaze I and ran a successful Indiegogo campaogn to fund the creation of Barrowmaze II with all sorts of cool perks and extras. You can find the megadungeon at rpgnow or contact me directly. You can find links, updates, fan-creations, and freebies at the Barrowmaze website.
The purpose of this new campaign is to create a bunch of cool retro-style gamer tshirts. Note that all the prices INCLUDE shipping to your location in the United States or Canada. I will be happy to work with peeps in the UK and the rest of the world but ask that you let me get a ballpark shipping price for you first.
The campaign is designed such that the more shirts you buy the cheaper the price because the more volume I can bring the t-shirt company the better deal I can get (and then pass that on to you). The t-shirts start at $25 for one shirt (including shipping) and run as low as $19 (including shipping) for six.
You pledge by selecting your amount and indicating your design choice(s) in the comments. The tees are only offered in black (it is Barrowmaze after all!) and what you see is what you'll get.
The company I am working with has already provided a prototype and as soon as the campaign is complete the order will be finalized and placed. As soon as the order is filled, I will being shipping the t-shirts immediately.
You can expect that I'll be communicating regularly and do my best to meet your expectations. I've run a successful campaign before so pledge with confidence.
Why run a t-shirt campaign? I'm doing this campaign because I think gamer t-shirts are fun. I own a bunch (more than I'll admit!) and often wear them in my gaming sessions.
As you can see, I've asked Barrowmaze illustrator Zu Bajie to create a wonderful new design for the campaign called Dragon Wings. It has a heavy metal vibe that I really dig.
The next shirt, available with a red or white print, is an amalgam of Stefan Poag's work with the tagline Barrowmaze: Get Rich or Die Tryin' -- appropriate don't you think? :)
The third, also by Poag, is from the cover of Barrowmaze I with Rule#5 Always look on the ceiling and Rule#8 Finders Keepers highlighted.
The remaining two are by ex-TSR artist Jim Holloway and include his Caryatid Column about to attack a group of oblivious PCs and the ol' zombie tripwire trap that many of us have put to good use over the years :)
Be advised that there is an additional $1.50 for each size above XL. So:
XXL = $1.50
XXL = $3.00
XXXL = $4.50
XXXXL = $6.00
XXXXXL = $7.50 (5XL is the largest)
EDIT: Youth sizes will not be available - it's just too darned expensive. The t-shirts will be screen printed.
This is a realtively short campaign (3 full weeks) so please be sure to take advantage and pass on the campaign across your social networks.
Cheers, Greg
