Blaster Battle Royale : Attack of the Foam
Good Day to you Indigogo and Active supporters !
My name is Chris Hodge, Chief Technical Officer of Discotoast Inc., and among myself and a supportive team of others, we are trying to break a world record for the worlds largest toy blaster battle. We need your support in this to acquire blasters and darts to make this goal happen, and I would also love your support to come out, and use that equipment to make this event come to fruition and take a part in history as world record holders in this zany - out of control - but family oriented festivity.
We have our battleground, as graciously provided by an anime / pop culture convention called Atomic Lollipop. ( Website ) They will also be contributing to help make this event amazing but we are still underbudget to make this event amazing. Hence, why we need your support.

Armed with lightsabers, space blasters, and the sweetest costumes this side of the galaxy, hundreds of Jedi and Sith, storm troopers and rebel fighters, spunky droids and alien babes will descend on the JCCC for a no-holds-barred blaster battle royale- complete with live music, Star Wars burlesque, and geeky giveaways! Grab your friends, your gear, and your biggest toy gun, and join us at Atomic Lollipop this August 3rd for an intergalactic shoot-em-up of epic proportions! The current record stands at just 486 combatants, so enlist with the Galactic Empire or Rebel Alliance, and snipe, smash, and slash your way into the Guinness World Record books! The Record Attempt
We already have confirmation from Guinness World Records that our application for this record attempt has been granted. So everything seems to be all in order.
The Pricing Model
looking at our perk tiers, you might simply be able to quantify that you can get a blaster of your own for that cost, and yes, you very well can, but there are going to be cost overheads to manage this event. we are going to need to hire photographers, videographers, and even bring a city council member to make the record attempt legitimate. if we make enough, we can even hire someone to post produce the video into something we can give back to you for all your help and support. we will not be saving a penny of this money for ourselves. It will go directly into the event, and any surplus, well...there wont be any surplus. we will get more guns, and more ammo, to make this event as rediculous as it can be !
Please Note
We have set our financial target goal at the bare minimum, and once we surpass our goal we will open up more perks, those who support this indigogo project will be given first access rights as well.
