We are two guys from Boston that love
everything about watches. The history, mechanical intricacy and
aesthetics of fine watches appeal to us so much that we decided to
create our own watch brand.
Our design goals were set to create the finest watch that could be built
with the best value. We encourage you to compare our "Charles River"

We’ve married a durable, mechanical automatic movement
with a design that is built to withstand the rigors of every day use,
in and out of the water. Combine that with a design aesthetic that is
unique, and we believe you’ll be proud to wear the Boston Watch
Company's "Charles River" on a daily basis.
The "Charles River" utilizes a unique sandwich type
"bolted" construction (diagram below) that enhances water resistance the
deeper it gets, along with a durable, scratch proof, sapphire, 120 click
bezel to time your dive. The best C3 Super-LumiNova “lume” is applied to
the hands and indices, allowing you to read the time at night and below
the water’s surface.

The bracelet incorporates solid ends and solid links that are held
together with screws instead of pins for durability, and a diver's
clasp with a safety to make sure it doesn’t slip off your wrist during
your demanding activities.

The movement is the Citizen/Miyota 9015 which is a modern, mechanical
automatic design that incorporates technology accumulated
from decades of research and development by one of the leading watch
manufacturers in the world.

We are so proud of our city that we decided to name our company the
Boston Watch Company. Rich with history, education, architecture, the
influence of the ocean and great people, the city of Boston reflects our
motivation for naming our first offering the "Charles River."

One of our strongest
motivations for starting the “Boston Watch Company” is our pride in our city. Even if you are not
from Boston, the “Charles River” reflects our appreciation of the beginnings of
our country and its patriotic spirit echoed by people
throughout the United States.
The
"Charles River" was designed in conjunction with our dear friend,
Fred Amos from Bernhardt Watch Company. Fred has been designing and
manufacturing watches for decades and is widely known in the industry as
offering the best value in watches, customer service and servicing of watches in
the business. The Boston Watch Company has partnered with Mr. Amos to design consult,
build and service the Charles River. If you purchase a "Charles
