It will narrate the epic journey of four climbers and musicians in a 14 days long vertical ascent of a high altitude peak lost in a remote valley of the westernmost region of China.

What Will Be The Story?
Looking for a new alpine objective in our quest for virgin big walls, our team of four adventurers, big wallers and musicians - Sean Villanueva O'Driscoll, Nicolas Favresse, Stephane Hanssens and Evrard Wendenbaum - heard about a promising and remote mountain range in the Xinjiang province, the westernmost region of China.
There, in September 2013, after some explorations in the neighboring valleys, we found a fantastic 1200m high big wall culminating at 5842m. They therefore spent 14 days on the wall to finally achieve this amazing adventure. They faced very harsh conditions but also had a lot of fun with awesome rock and ice climbing on perfect granite and some really nice music sessions on portaledges whenever possible.

Thank You So Much For Your Time
It's been an amazing adventure shooting this movie, especially using a lot of DIY techniques and great Nikon DSLRs. We've also been lucky to spend a really good time together and all of us have worked very hard to help bring back amazing footage. We'd love to complete this job with a nice cut and share it with you.
The aim is to complete the edit in January and to premiere in February-March 2014.
