How about this for a novel idea - how about we educate our young veterans about an emerging technology sector (the cloud) so they can get good paying entry level jobs ($50-$60K) and then work toward becoming Cloud Technology leaders. 

How about we educate and employ them instead of building more homeless shelters, substance abuse clinics, veterans courts or wonder why so many coroners are signing off on yet another veteran suicide.

Vets 360 currently provides the support network and healing components - now we want to educate them and put them to work -- Cloud Technology is our venue.

• We want to self sustain ourselves so we don't have to keep asking for donations
  
• To do that we need to launch an education/employment business model
• To provide classes and certification we need to open a Cloud Lab/Classroom
• We have state approval to provide these classes free of charge to our veterans
• Average entry salary in Cloud Tech positions is $67,000
• There are expected to be 1.2 million jobs in Cloud Tech in the next few years
• We will teach up to 40 student-veterans each and every month
• Once we educate them corporate America will want to hire them
  

What We Need & What You Get

We need to raise enough operating capital to furnish the lab, develop the marketing materials, get them out to our target demographic and get butts in seats. Once we graduate our first class state funding will sustain future ones.

Hard Costs: 

• 20 lap tops for student-veterans to use while they are in the program - $3,500
• Promotional/marketing materials for Vets 360-Cloud recruitment - $1,000
• Training class for Vets 360 instructor(s) - $1,500
• Router - IT set up - software - $600
  
• Projector, server and lap top for instruction - $1,200

The Impact

Large veterans support organizations raise tens of millions of dollars and it is nigh on impossible to tell where the funds get used and who specifically benefits. Your donation will NOT go to executive salaries, celebrity spokespeople or fancy jackets.
