Pipeline Theatre Company closes its 4th season this March with Adam Szymkowicz's Clown Bar, a clown noir, directed by Andrew Neisler.
When Happy’s junkie brother Timmy is found dead, Happy returns to his old clown life to ask a few questions. But can he go home again without getting sucked into the seedy clown underbelly of vice and violence?
This will be a fully emmersive envirnmental production and we need your help to enhance our designs and take our very special show the extra mile.
Pipeline prides itself on our collectivity and the empowerment of our peers by offering the opportunity for full-scale, fully funded, fully organized and realized Off-Off Broadway productions. Our topsy turvy Clown Bar world will be equal parts whimsical and threatening, and we need your help to truly bring both these elememts to life.
In line with our mission of delivering imaginative adventures, this show will transport our audience into a whole new un-explored world, but we need $2,000 more to enhance our designs and create a seemlessly emmersive experience. We envision giant clown shoes, original head to toe clown costumes, elaborate make-up, an interactive environment, and hundreds upon hundreds of clown noses.
Need another incentive? This year we recieved our 501(c)3 nonprofit status and now all of your donations are tax-deductible (minus the value of your chosen perk)!
Any amount, big or small is greatly appreciated and incredibly helpful!
