About the Game
Collie of Duty was originally created in May of 2011. Its humble beginnings were some card sleeves and pieces of paper with really bad art. After nearly two years of testing and tweaking (and contracting an awesome artist), it's ready to be published!
Technical Stuff: 3 - 6 players, 20 - 30 minutes
This game is all about the sheep. Herd sheep from the pasture and add them to your pen, but watch out for wolves! The other collies will also try to stop you in any way they can, even if it means spraying you with water to distract you! Play cards to power up your pen with special sheep and bonuses. Every draw is a risk, though, because some cards shake up the whole game! (Literally; one of the cards is an earthquake.)
Why You Should Buy It
In its two years of playtesting, only one person has not liked Collie of Duty. When asked why, he said that it was too cute and too happy! So he liked it but wanted to be manly and standoffish. Collie of Duty has been to conventions across the southeastern United States and has always been met with great enthusiasm!
Collie of Duty is unlike any other game. It has some leader-bashing aspects found in Munchkin and scoring that's a little bit like Nuts, but there is no game on the market with this much special flair. Where else can you send a pack of feral Corgis after your opponents or tempt them with persuasive puppy eyes?
Autographed Art
Certain contribution levels offer signed 4''x6'' prints of actual art featured in the game. Pictures of these drawings will be featured in the gallery (the artist is finishing up the last of them).
