Computers for Gambian Schoolchildren

Our last visit to the Gambia showed us a good room for training in the use of computers in an elementary school. The problem was that only 3 of the 12 the computers that worked and no one had the knowledge and resources to repair them.

• We are from Norway and are volunteers in the Gambian Project Overseas(GPO).
• To have some computer skills is very important in todays society, and we want to give the children that opportunity.
• Your contribution will help us get there with the right tools to do repairs and some new equipment.

Basically money is needed - and You are supporting the future for Gambian Kids

• We are taking aim at around $6000, which will cover necessary equipment and purchase of some new/lightly used Computers, Pads, different hardware and Software. 
• The Teachers also needs training to be capable of using and do small repairs on the equipment.
• Your small or big perks will be gratefully received and used especially for this Project. 
• If our goal of the $6000 isn't reached, we will still use it for training and purchasing the equipment, but not all of it.
