Campaign Update #3
Covet Garden Home is officially a go! We have reached our Indiegogo Campaign goal. Thanks to all who have contributed to and shared news of our project!
There's still time to contribute to the campaign, and remember, kick in $30 or more and you'll also get a copy of our wonderful print magazine.
Campaign Update #2:
Illustrator Alanna Cavanagh has generously donated one more print to our crowd funding campaign. Which means that there is one more opportunity to choose our "Penthouse" perk
Campaign Update #1:
We've added two new perks to the Covet Garden Home Indiegogo campaign. If you live in Toronto, you and a friend can be our guests for a delightful afternoon of tea, treats and conversation. Or, take advantage of our special skills and let the Covet Garden team of Jessica, Lynda and Rhonda personally help you tell your own decor story.
"Covet Garden is one of the few magazines that I make time for the minute I see it's come live online. Covet Garden always succeeds in giving me more of exactly what I'm looking for—inspiring homes and the great stories behind their inhabitants."
I really am such a fan! Good luck!”

We launched the online lifestyle magazine Covet Garden with a mission to give you a rare peek into the lives and homes of people with lots of imagination who have decorated their living spaces by themselves.
While people love the online magazine, the most frequent question we hear is, When will you have a print edition?
We want to make that happen.
Our plan is to produce what we are calling Covet Garden Home—a 100+ page half magazine/half book will explore more about inventive spaces by revisiting your favourite homes from past issues of Covet Garden PLUS featuring brand-new environments, DIY projects and food and drink ideas. Our goal is to deliver printed and bound copies to our readers by Winter 2013.
Why are we asking for help? We haven’t charged anything to bring you Covet Garden magazine online, but a print version means additional production costs such as paper, printing and shipping from the printing press to our offices and then to our readers.
In short, we’d like to raise $18,000 to help cover these necessary expenses. This figure is not the full project cost; we hope to make money (and spread the word about Covet Garden) by selling the print edition in stores and through booksellers as well as online.
Here's where the $18,000 that we’re trying to raise will go:
Creating New Content
We know you love our past features, but we also want to make the print version a new experience. Which is why we want to photograph new spaces, bring you updates on past homeowners and novel DIY projects and food and drink ideas for entertaining.
Production
We want to use the best possible paper and technology so that the special print edition of Covet Garden will be a resource you’ll want to keep forever. It’s also important to us to have it printed locally rather than overseas.
Thanks for visiting this campaign page. We really appreciate all the support that we've gotten from you, our amazing readers!
We understand that times are tough, but if you can help spread the word through Facebook or Twitter, we would be eternally grateful. And if you can contribute, please use the IndieGoGo share tools to help pass the news along.
