David Seaman is an independent journalist who has been a guest on CNN Headline News, FOX News, ABC News Digital, Coast to Coast, RT, Breaking The Set, The Young Turks, and elsewhere. He was one of the first to cover the 2012 NDAA's imprisonment without trial provisions in-depth and has continuously fought against the wasteful and unconstitutional growth of the surveillance state.

This Indiegogo campaign is designed to enable the launch of a weekday morning news show in Los Angeles, California, livestreamed over the Internet and recorded in HD. Think "The Today Show," except instead of debating why Kanye West named his child North or why Paula Deen is a racist, we will be delivering the vital stories that need to be discussed—right now. 

The show will feel familiar to listeners of "The David Seaman Hour" and will be distributed via RSS, YouTube, iTunes and other select online media platforms.

What We Need & What You Get

Here's where contributor money is going:

• Two more HD camcorders. (The first has already been purchased!)
• Lavalier mics, drive storage, and lighting.
• Rental fees for studio space & salary for 1 post-production assistant.
• Salary for 1 booking/line producer & incidental travel expenses.

The entire funding goal is expected to be met or exceeded by our deadline with your help; if this does not occur, however, the show will operate to the best of its ability with whatever funds are provided.
