We are Shorebound Studios -  a small team of two people with a passion for developing games. Our first project, Spectraball, was a simple physics-based platformer based off of one of my childhood favorites, Marble Madness. Our second project, Dead Sky, takes the fun of a top down zombie shooter and adds in strategic tower defense aspects as well as addictive cooperative online play. We aren't re-inventing the wheel by any means; our goal with Dead Sky is simply to deliver a satisfying and refreshing top-down shooter game that is action-packed, easy to enjoy with friends and affordable.

So, what brings us to Indiegogo? In short, we are here to seek exposure as well as take preorders in order to help us pay for additional assets as we approach release. We aim to release by mid October 2013, if not sooner. Regardless of whether we meet our goal or not, we still aim to deliver the game, but the level of polish as well as whether the game will be available on Steam will depend entirely on how much exposure we receive. We cannot do this without you.
