Help us get Dr Forrester and TV's Frank to London

Hi, I am Louis Savy, the founder and creator of SCI-FI-LONDON Film Festival.  That's me in the photo from the last MST3K event we did - I'm the the odd one out :)

For those who know MST3K, you need little explanation, for those who don't, read on.

To celebrate 25 years of Mystery Science Theater 3000, we want to get some of the cast to London and we need your help to fund the trip and have the guys at our film festival.

• Trace BeauLieu and Frank Conniff are all set to come to the festival
  
• We will hold an on-stage tribute and celebration of the best riffing show ever! (Fri 25th April at Stratford Picturehouse, London)
  
• We will hold an all-nighter showing the picks of MST3K, with members of the cast! (Sat 26th April)

You can help us, whether in the UK and able to come, or just long time fans of the show who want to help us Brits get some real contact - please help us make this a reality.

Break it down for folks in more detail:

• We need to pay for two flights for the guys and hotels.   They will fly coach and sleep in a flophouse if needed - they want to come over!
  
• If you are able to get to London, you will be guests too at the festival, you will see the perks include some great access to the guys and our overall event!
  
• We are planning to do this as cheaply as we can, no 5 star - after all, Dr Forrester is intent on taking over the world, so we should treat him bad right!
  

MST3K lives on

Only through the real fans can we keep spreading the word about this amazing show - it is unbelievable how many people outside the US have never heard of it!

• We hold an allnighter of archive MST3K each year for the smart people who know!.
• We know our works need to continue to get people watching the show
  
• Help us make it a reality - UK fans need to feel the love.

SO WHAT IS THE FRANK YOU ASK?

THE FRANK is a short film starring Frank Conniff (TV’s Frank) and Trace Beaulieu (Dr. Forrester, Crow T. Robot) from the Emmy nominated and Peabody Award-winning cult hit show Mystery Science Theater 3000.

The short is a music video about an evil Dr. Frankenstein-type scientist and his man’s man butler, Uncle Gruber, played by Dave (Gruber) Allen from FREAKS AND GEEEKS as they construct a brand new FRANK. The result is, of course, singing and dancing. It’s Busby Berkeley meets Jack Davis.

THE FRANK also brings together many cast members of MST3K, including Bill Corbett (Brain Guy, and Crow T. Robot), Mary Jo Pehl (Pearl Forrester, Magic Voice, and other characters), and a few surprises. This will be the London premier of THE FRANK.
