Risks & Challenges

We want to deliver this amazing product into your hands on time. In order for us to maintain the highest quality that you deserve, the risk of delay will always be there. We will try our best to stick with the timeline, but we will not deliver a product that you won't be proud with. 

With that said, we are confident in our partners and their manufacturing capabilities with decades of textile production, providing quality goods to leading brands around the globe. We think that this collaboration have resulted fruitfully, and we think you're going to love DryWeave.  

Other Ways You Can Help

1. What size should I get?

Our size has been matched with US size, so for anyone in Asia we would recommend to choose one size lower than your usual (if you buy M in Asia, you should get S). 

2. Where do you ship and how much will shipping cost?

We ship globally! That means you can order DryWeave from wherever you are. Shipping to all countries other than Indonesia will have a flat rate of $12 (per perk). For those residing in Indonesia, shipping is free.

3. How come it takes so long to make?

We've custom ordered our fabric which means that the textile supplier will have to create them from scratch. Textile production will take roughly two months to make and then we proceed to shirt production which will take about one month before we ship them to you. 

4. What if I want to change my order?

We will send a follow up survey for you to reconfirm your order or if you want to add more items.
