Présentation du projet
La
première habitation Earthship adaptée au climat québécois, homologuée par
Michael Reynolds et assistée par Earthship Biotecture sera en construction au
Rond Coin à Saint-Élie-de-Caxton du 8 au 26 septembre 2014.

Le Rond Coin à Sainte-Élie-de-Caxton
Lors
de la construction, le Rond Coin s’est joint à Solution ERA afin d’accueillir une
Académie sur les Earthships et les technologies du futur. Le but poursuivi par
cette initiative est de permettre aux habitants de la région d’expérimenter un
chantier de solidarité Earthship tout en se familiarisant avec ce type de
construction écologique et humanitaire.
En
plus d’offrir aux clients du Rond Coin un nouveau type d’habitation d’expérience,
nous démontrerons la pertinence d’adapter les Earthships au climat froid et
humide du Québec et leur efficacité.

La campagne
Notre
campagne de financement Indiegogo vise à amasser 30 000$ de dons afin de:
- Finaliser
les plans que nous avons commencé à dessiner avec Michael Reynolds, l’inventeur
des Earthships ;
- Recevoir
le soutien de Earthship Biotecture sur le terrain lors de la
construction ;
- Faire
l’achat des matériaux et des outils manquants pour le chantier.
Si
nous amassons des surplus lors de la campagne nous utiliserons ces fonds
supplémentaires pour agrémenter l’aménagement intérieur et l’aménagement
paysager autour du Earthship.

Saint-Élie-de-Caxton from 8 to 26 September 2014.

Le Rond Coin at Sainte-Élie-de-Caxton
During the
construction, Le Rond Coin will be working in association with Solution ERA to
offer an Academy on Earthships and future technologies. The aim of this
initiative is to enable people to experience an Earthship solidarity jobsite
while familiarizing themselves with this type of humanitarian and ecological
construction.

The Campaign
Our Indiegogo
fundraising campaign aims to raise $ 30,000 donation to:
- Finalize
plans we started drawing with Michael Reynolds, inventor of Earthships;
- Receive
support from Earthship Biotecture on the jobsite during the construction;
- To purchase
materials and tools for the jobsite.
If we raise
more then our campaigns objective we will use these additional funds to
improvements the interior design and landscaping around the Earthship.
