אנחנו להקת אטליז. אחרי שנים של עשייה רבה יצאנו לדרך חדשה, כשאנחנו עוזבים את היד של  חברת התקליטים ומממנים בעצמנו הוצאת אלבום רביעי. עם סולנית חדשה שמזרימה דם חדש ומתוק ללהקה, ועם מפיק חדש, אנחנו פונים אליכם לעזור לנו להוציא את מה שאנחנו מרגישים שהוא היצירה הטובה ביותר שלנו, אך אנחנו חייבים את האמונה שלכם בנו כדי שנצליח להוציא אותו לאור.

קצת על האלבום
באלבום הרביעי בחרנו לעבוד עם היוצר והמפיק איתמר ציגלר. ציגלר הוא נגן הבאס בהרכב המוערך "בלקן ביט בוקס", ויוצר מוערך בעצמו, אשר הוציא שלושה אלבומי סולו בארץ ובחו"ל, וכתב מוזיקה לפסקולים. מלאכת כתיבת המילים הפכה להיות בשיתוף עם סיון אבלסון, סולנית הלהקה, כותבת ותסריטאית. באלבום זה העולם הלירי הינו שונה ושואב מסגרת מעולם מספרי הסיפורים. בשונה מהאלבומים הקודמים, שבעצמם היו שונים אחד מהשני, בחרנו לחקור תחומים של מוזיקה אלקטרונית.

כלהקה חרטנו על דיגלנו התפתחות אמנותית ויצירה לשם היצירה, ולא סיפוק קהל זה או אחר, וגורלנו להמשיך להשתנות. אנחנו מכווננים להתקדם ולהתפתח, והנכונות לעזוב את המרחב הבטוח שקצר הצלחות ולהמשיך לשאוף קדימה הכרחית להתפתחות זו.

מדוע אנחנו מבקשים את תמיכתכם?
אנחנו עובדים על האלבום כבר מעל לשנה ואנחנו ממשיכים להשקיע בו את כל המשאבים שלנו. עכשיו לקראת סיום האלבום המשאבים נגמרו, אך ההשקעה הנותרת רבה: סיום מיקסים, מאסטרינג, עיצוב עטיפת האלבום, ייצור והדפסת האלבום, יחסי ציבור, הוצאת סינגלים לרדיו, מופע השקה לאלבום ועוד המון דברים. מאוד בפשטות, לא נוכל לעשות את זה בלעדיכם.

כמה מילים על הלהקה
אנחנו להקת ארט-רוק, המשלבת את עולם המוזיקה עם עולם הויז'ואל. המוזיקה נאמנה לעצמה באופן טוטאלי אך עדיין מצליחה לתקשר עצמה לקהלים רבים ובכך עושה את הבלתי אפשרי. אטליז אינה תחומה לסגנון מוזיקלי קופסאתי אלא משלבת סגנונות רבים בצורה ייחודית לה, ביניהם מטאל, רוק אלטרנטיבי, רוק מתקדם, פאנק, מוזיקה ערבית קלאסית, רוק פסיכאדלי ובוסה נובה.

העשייה הרבה שלנו, כמו גם התכנון השאפתני לעתיד, מסתמכים על קבלות שזכינו בהן בזכות, בעבודה קשה וחשיבה ארוכת טווח, נחישות ונאמנות ליצירה. אך אנחנו מפוכחים ומודעים לכך שללא עזרה כספית יהיה בלתי אפשרי להמשיך ולהגשים את החזון. נודה לכם על כל תמיכה אפשרית בפרוייקט האלבום הרביעי.

Eatliz / Making a new album

Hi 

We are Eatliz. After years of great achievements we are hitting the road again. We have parted from our record label and are now completely self-reliant in funding our fourth album. Our new lead singer infuses the band with sweet new blood, and we have joined forces with New York music producer Itamar Ziegler. Now we turn to you to help us bring into life what we think is our best work yet, for your faith and support in the upcoming album is vital for the release of the album. 

We want to tell you a little about the album:  
We chose to team up with Itamar Ziegler, and brought him on board as the producer for this album. Ziegler is the bass player in the well known and respected band “Balkan Beat Box”, and an appreciated musician, who has released three solo albums in Israel and abroad, and also wrote several film scores.

Sivan Abelson, the new lead singer, who is also a writer and a screenwriter, had joined in in writing the lyrics for the album. In this album the lyrical world is new and is more akin to the world of storytelling. Unlike the band's prior albums, that were diversified and varied in style from one to the next, we chose to also explore the territory of electronic music.

As a band we have made it our goal to keep evolving and to create for the purpose of creation, and not for the contentment of an audience. Our destiny is to always keep changing. Working outside of our safe zone is vital for our evolution. 

Why do we need your support?
We have been working on this album for over a year and have put all our resources into it. Now, the album is almost done, but we depleted our resources, and there is still a lot of work to be done before release: Mixing the album, mastering, designing the cover, manufacturing and printing, public relations, releasing singles, the album launch concert and much more. To put it very simply, we won't make it without you.

A few words about the band
Eatliz is an art-rock band, that combines music with a visual world. Our music is completely true to itself but still manages to be communicative for many audiences, thus achieving the almost impossible. Eatliz is not bound to a specific genre but combines various styles, from metal to alternative rock, progressive rock to punk, oriental Arabic music to psychedelic rock and Bossa nova.  

Our great achievements, as well as our ambitious plans for the future, are well deserved after proving ourselves to be a hard working and long term planning band. Our decisiveness and dedication to music have taken us far, but we are realistic and aware that without financial support it will be impossible to keep realizing our vision. We thank you for any way of supporting our fourth album.
