Short Summary

After nearly two decades in the business in various bands and projects.We have decided to take matters into our own hands and want to raise money for our new album directly from the people who have supported our bands all these years. After a somewhat long period in hibernation Essence of sorrow is finally back in business! This campaign is a way that supporters of a band can know exactly where their hard earned dollars are going. Cutting off the middlemen and keeping it between us (the band) and you our fan.

What We Need & What You Get

This campaign is a vital piece in the financing of these albums. It will be a great way for the people involved in the production to keep in touch with the audience and fans of Essence of sorrow. 

Your contribution and support will enable us to expand this amazing project by adding production value. Funds will go directly to production like recording,mixing and mastering of both albums, and printing costs. Contributions by supporters like yourself, will also have a strong effect for the remaining financing of the total production budget plus additions. (possible merchandise, video(s),vinyl) 

A great part of crowdfunding, is the possibility of giving something back immediately. We promise you frequent updates, feedback, photos and videos from the process, and last but not least; some great rewards based on your generosity! Our goal is 20 000€ (before taxes) to cover the costs for both albums. You can still choose which album you want to invest in or if you want to invest in both, with some cool bundles of course. The campaign is set as (flexible) which means if our goal is not reached we have to come up with a new strategy with the money received. 

Making a top notch record comes at a price and we´re quite confident you´ll be as excited as we are about the new material.  Stay tuned for more revealing videos along the process!
