On March 26th, two Boston Fire Fighters lost their lives when they fought a 9 alarm fire at 298 Beacon Street in Boston, MA.  Firefighter Mike Kennedy and Lt. Ed Walsh from Engine 33/Ladder 15 died.  FF Kennedy had served in the Marine Corps and Lt. Walsh has three children under the age of 10.  More than a dozen other first responders were injured.

A fund has been set up to assist the families of the two heroes who lost their lives.  The funds raised here will be to assist the injured who remain in the hospital.  Some have a very long recovery ahead.
