This is a mind/body wellness show following four people over four weeks as they commit to fitting “themselves” into their own busy schedules. Will they lose the “me last” mentality and get healthy without losing their families, friends and life?

They will find out that there is no magic pill, machine or person to do it for them. It’s all up to them to get healthy and lose the weight. How scary is that?

Fittin’ It In™ was born out of my own struggle to lose the 80 pounds of baby weight and maintain my wellness after having twin boys. They joined their big brother in an already hectic household. I slowly lost the baby weight but then struggled to maintain balance. Once I figured it out, I realized how hard the journey was by myself. A light bulb went off and I knew that by developing a realistic program to maintain a healthy lifestyle, people might stick with it. I have always felt that a person's physical well-being is directly linked to his/her mental well-being. Balancing the two is difficult and, with my approach, we are going to deal with it. With the Fittin’ It In™ Team, anything is possible!

SHOW DESCRIPTION: You will meet the participants in  EPISODE 1  and they will be evaluated by the Fittin' it In Team. They will be given their Flip Camera to record their Video Life Journal. They will be asked to record their week and we will get a peek into their wellness challneges.   This show is not about weight loss but getting on your wellness path. YOU the AUDIENCE member will go on the journey with them and get tips from our Wellness Guest Stars and Fittin it In TEAM!!

EPISODES 2 and 3 will find our participants receiving different types of wellness challenges.  it might be a nutirional challenge or a phyiscal challenge.

EPISODE 4 The participants will be evaluated to find out how they did on their challenges.  The person who reached or surpassed their wellness challenges will recieve a surprise reward!!!

It does not take long to see results once you get on your wellness path. That is why we picked a 30 Day cycle to follow our participants.  YOU will see results too if you follow along!!!
