Summary:
For The Broken is a 4 piece, post-hardcore/metalcore/Alt. Rock band
from Fredericksburg, Virginia. For The Broken is for fans of A Day To
Remember, Memphis May Fire, and Of Mice &Men. We can bridge the gap
between the genres of Hardcore to Alternative Rock in a catchy yet technical
manner. We have made a life’s commitment of creating
and performing the best music we can. Through our tireless persistence we
continue to release a quality product for people’s musical enjoyment. We are so thankful with the great response and success we have had this past year. Everything has been happening so fast for us from releasing our first EP "Aurora" last May. We played warped tour, toured throughout the East Coast and some Mid-west. Our fans have been so supportive with everything...but now we need you to be apart of the next big chapter of FOR THE BROKEN.

The Plan:
Our plan is to record an intro with 6 songs for this EP. This will be the high energy, catchy chorus', and heaviness of For The Broken with a bit of a new flavor.
We will be doing this recording 100% DIY (do it yourself) We want you to know exactly where your contributions are going so here is the projected budget for our campaign:
$3500 - Preproduction, Recording, Mixing, Mastering, and Backtracks
$500 - Promotion and a Music Video
$500 - Artwork, Printing, and Distribution
Our campaign is set up as a flex-funding campaign meaning we will receive your contributions whether or not we reach our goal. If we do not reach our goal we will adjust our budget and proceed accordingly. We guarantee the highest possible product no matter what but the opportunity to work with the best equipment only becomes possible by reaching our goal. So lets make it happen!

The Impact:
The music industry now-a-days is backwards in our opinion and a tool that gives us the chance to have us release the music the way we want to is CROWD-FUNDING. This also allows our super dedicated fans to be apart of something exciting and big!
