Short Summary

My name is Mi'Kele Long. I'm the Director and Writer of "Frenemies." My background is writing and storytelling, I'm very passionate about telling stories because that's what people relate too. 

This campaign is about Laughter with a Lesson. Two friends enter a cake baking contest, but loyalty is put to the test when one sabotages the other with hopes to win the contest. Can this friendship withstand? This film shows the importance of friendship and character and the insignificance of money and fame. 

I would be so grateful to acheive this goal and get this story out to the world so others will understand what it is to have a true friend and how superficial things shouldn't tear a friendship apart. 

What We Need & What You Get

I would like to raise a total of $750.00 or MORE to help with cost of food for the crew and talent. Also the money would be for the cost of costumes and the production design of each location. The funds will help with the cost of props, equipment, and makeup for the talent as well. 

There are perks that include email and video updates that will give sneak previews of what is happening on the set of "FRENEMIES." 

The Impact

This project is valuable to me and speaks volumes about character and how we should treat one another especially those we call friends. "FRENEMIES" is a depiction of two friends that go through a number of instances before they realize what's important.
