Introduction
Triple-x watch is an initiative of Ramon Groen, founder of TIME-IT watch company and co-creator of the award winning TIME-IT® watch www.timeitwatch.com and Guido Hanssen, founder and director of www.intelligent-watches.com , the European specialist in modern design LED watches
Both share a passion for designer LED (Light Emitting Diode) watches and after many years of cooperation Ramon and Guido decided to start a joint project named LEDwatchapp for iPhone, world's first mobile application with a large selection of Modern LED Watches www.ledwatchapp.com
This successful project served as kickoff for a new and ambitious project: creating an affordable geeky but cool watch that stands out of the crowd.
Triple-x watch
Triple-x watch, up to now Ramon and Guido still haven’t come up with a final name, is a futuristic LED watch with 3 rows of LED’s to indicate the time, it’s a light weight watch that is very comfortable to wear for both men and woman (unisex design). Triple-x watch is also waterproof (3ATM) and it’s strap is made of soft PU (Polyurethane) material, performed with a ‘butterfly clasp’ for easy wearing. The strap can be cut to size at home. In addition to time display (including AM/PM function) Triple-x watch also features a built-in date function. In order to extend battery lifetime Triple-x watch has a built-in auto sleep function. Battery has a 1 year lifetime expectancy and can be replaced.
To read the time, the activated leds must be added together:
1st row shows Hours (1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12)
2nd row shows Minutes x10 (10-20-30-40-50)
3rd row shows Minutes (1 -2-3-4-5-6-7-8- 9)
Triple-x watch is offered in colors black (red LED) and white (blue LED).
Project
Triple-x watch design, production molds incl. tooling, prototypes and preproduction watch series are finished. Watch is ready for production and shall be produced by a leading watch manufacturer.

We spend a small fortune developing this watch. Think about making prototypes, molds, special tooling, preproduction series, I/C development etc. and then doing some things again over because we were not happy with the end product... but we did it and the end result makes it all worthwhile!
We opted for a flex campaign an if we manage to sell enough watches we are able to shoot in a (required) minimum order.
If we do not sell enough watches to shoot in this required minimum order, we will not leave our buyers empty handed: We will then offer another cool designer watch and that is a damn promise!
