After getting quotes and dealing with many of the manufactures who cut out foam mats and those ABC bath-time letters, I have developed and mocked up several really cool Geodo Sets. I have cut all these parts out by hand to save on start-up costs. But the real thing will be die cut out of the same EVA foam from a professional facility, yielding smoother edges and perfectly rounded corners.

The major cost involved in getting someone to punch these out is the tooling of the machine that will punch them and ordering all the colored foam stock in large rolls.
