Who we are:
Heisenberg Coffee & Roastery is a project of Deniz Kosan, a young photographer from Istanbul with over 10 years of expertise in the Food&Beverage industry. Deniz loves serving people and the best TV-Show ever, Breaking Bad.
At one point we agree with Mr. White. Why cook illegal drugs, if we can make coffee? We strongly believe in developing our Super Lab under socially and ecologically responsible standards and therefore will only use fair-trade coffee beans.

The Super Lab:
Heisenberg Coffee & Roastery a.k.a the World's first Coffee Super Lab in Istanbul. A place where unconventional meets perfection. The purest caffeine experience. The funds we'll raise through Indiegogo will enable us to sign a lease, build out and decorate our Super Lab to open our doors to you, our caffeine addicted patrons.

The Deal:
We've raised most of what we need in order to open (it's loaded in barrels we've buried deep in the desert), but we are looking for help to raise the last part required to sign a lease, build out our Coffee Super Lab and move forward with our big plan….
The Goals:
$33K - Secures our dream location in Istanbul, required permits and licences, architectural design and planning, build-out, decoration, roaster and espresso machines

$33,500 can pay for a lot of crucial stuff: build-out and decoration costs, licences, an industrial 5kg Roaster, a professional Espresso machine, siphons and drip stations for different sorts of coffee from all over the world… It's not cheap to create such an incredible Super Lab, if you don't believe us, ask Gustavo.. Oh, wait a second.. Forget about that..

+ Over 10 years of combined food and beverage industry experience (both front and back of the house)
+ Over 12 years of combined experience running our own business
+ A BOMB-solid business plan and thoroughly researched financial projections,
+ The respect and support of friended food & beverage business owners in Istanbul
+ Multiple years of testing and figuring out the best roasting method
+ The ability to flip a coin if we have to share "work"
Where You Come In:
We're looking for supporters who are addicted to caffeine and love Breaking Bad or both, to help us to build our Coffee Super Lab and roast the purest coffee, which delivers, as promised, the best caffeine experience ever.
