Why we need your help
This film has already been shot and we are well into
post-production. But we still got a lot work to be done. We’ve invested our own
money to shoot “HEL” in 2012.
After a first
part of shooting we could edit some materials and apply to get help from the
Polish Film Institute. The commission liked our project and awarded us with a
funding that gave us the opportunity to shoot more.
Unfortunately
many unexpected problems led us to a critical financial situation and right now we just need some additional founding so we
can finish all of the post-production work (sound-designing and music, scan of
the negative, FX and promotion).
We’ve started our campaign not to
receive any charity. Don’t think of it as a donation, it’s more like a credit
of your trust in our project. You can help us get this movie done and be a part
of this process, even in the smallest way. If you’re interested in this film
and want to see it, well, it’s all in your hands right now! And if you look to
the right you can find there how you can help us and of course, what will you
gain by doing it. We’ve prepared a few interesting treats for everyone who will
be kind enough to believe in our project.
The good news is that we’ve already shot the film, so
you don’t need to be worried about how will it look and spend your money on an
unknown project that is just starting from nothing. We are young but
experienced filmmakers, and we just need a little help on finishing our dream
project that comes directly from our passion for the filmmaking.
If we exceed our $70,000 goal then the extra funds
will be used to make the movie even better - so keep pledging! All funds raised
are used directly in the finishing of our film. We have big plans for “HEL”. Many professionals already
trusted us and believe in the project. They were those who helped us during the
shooting, accepting to lower their salary.
We already are in discussion with several distributors in Poland and
abroad, who are interested in buying the sales-rights.
We plan to show it on international film festivals.
With your help we should be able to announce a world theatrical release in the
beginning of 2015.
