Have you ever dreamed of a world full of heroes?
Let's work together to make that happen.
Help create the first superhero school, 'HERO'. The school will be teaching MMA, Parkour, self defense, personal safety, skills to help others & the community, health & fitness, and heroic ideals and values. We will offer classes for everyone ages 4 through adult!
Jeremy "Spyder" Gallant will be running our Parkour program and Chris "Dark Guardian" Pollak will be running the self-defense and MMA program.
HERO will also have curricula in place to teach life skills, character development, superhero skills, personal development, and ways to help others and the community.
Who we are

The experienced instructors at HERO are more than top notch martial artists and parkour practitioners, some call them real life superheroes. You may have seen them out on the streets, on the news, in a documentary, in the newspapers, magazines, or on TV. DG, Spyder and the rest of the HERO team go out and work to make their communities better through crime-fighting, helping the needy, teaching free self-defense seminars, civic activities, and spreading the message that we all can make a difference.
The Impact

More than teaching heroic skills, ideals,and values; HERO will be used to help make the local community a better place. The school will be used to hold regular homeless outreach events, fundraisers, charity events, community projects, and more. We will be regularly hosting free seminars on self defense, parkour, anti-bullying, stranger awareness, children's health and fitness, de-escalation, kids hero workshops, and more.
HERO will be used as a headquarters to take action in helping the area by training more people to patrol the streets and help the needy.
We are creating a community center styled business that endlessly strives to improve the community and everyone we come in contact with.
Where the money goes
Every penny donated will go towards the facility!
We need to secure a location, in the Brooklyn, NY metro area.
Floor mats, safety and crash mats, pads, bags, vault boxes, scaffolding, chain link fencing, a front desk, flooring, seating, furniture, office supplies, and all the other odds and ends must be purchased.
Another major cost will be construction. We are going to create a truly unique, fun, functional, and inviting facility.
The more you donate the bigger and better HERO can become! We would love to add cargo nets, obstacles, more bags, better pads, and a ton more equipment.
We have raised some funds and taken out loans, but we want to make sure this is financially viable and we can't do that without your help. No matter what we will open, help make a positive difference in every members life, and improve the local community.
Beyond the local area

While HERO will be located in NYC, we want to make an impact well beyond our local community; so we are going to start a virtual academy!
HERO, the virtual academy, will be putting out free videos on safety, self-defense, bullying, de-escalation, health, fitness, parkour, martial arts, how to help your local community, and more.
We strive to reach everyone who has an interest in learning and helping in their own local community.
