Help The Reign Of Kindo Make New Videos!
Our Live-In-Studio videos have helped us to share our music with thousands of music lovers throughout the world.
We've just finished our third full length record and we are so excited to spread the word about it. One of the main ways we go about reaching new music listeners is by producing engaging videos of us performing our music, live in a controlled recording studio environment. These videos have gained us thousands of fans who have given us the support needed to keep making the music we love to make. Check out the 'Gallery' tab to watch some of our older videos.
Now, it's time to produce some new videos.
We are raising the bar in every way in the production of these videos. We're fliming our performances at the legendary Kaufman Astoria Studios here in NYC. KAS is a remarkable facility has housed the sets of countless flims and tv shows that you are almost certain to have seen or heard of at some point. (Sesame Street, Goodfellas, The Scent Of A Woman, The Wiz...)
The music studio at KAS is one of the last of it's kind, large enough to house an entire orchestra. It's perfect for us and the 12 guest performers who will be bringing 6 songs from the upcoming record to life in an engaging live performance that will be captured for all of the world to enjoy.
We are producting these videos with the help of our friend and very talented video director, Jon Hoeg. Jon and his camera crew will be creating and capturing a high quality visual aesthetic that is sure to enchance how exciting these video's will be to watch.
This is very exciting... and very costly.
Our fans support of our music is what has provided the resources and inspiration to continue doing what we love. Producing music recordings and videos is a very expensive endeavor. The higher the caliber of the recording and video, the more expensive it is to produce. We beleive in the music we are making and we can see that our fans do too. We don't want to make video's that fall short of the excitement that our music creates in us. We want to make video's that enhance that excitement.
We need to raise at least $6500 to produce these videos.
We know that with your help, we can do it! If just 650 people contribute $10, we will have met our goal. You'll see there is a list of thank you gifts we've put together for your kindness. For those who are in a position to give even more generously, we have some more 'speclai' thank you gifts to offer. We can't express our gratitude enough for the continued support of our amazing fans and the opportunities that your support has brought us. It's truely humbling.
Got no money? You can still help!
If you share this campaign with your friends and family on facebook or twitter, it will greatly enhance our chances of meeting our goal! We've all been broke before... we're musicians after all. Sharing is caring. Share away!
Thank you times infinity. We can't thank you enough. And we can't wait for you to see these videos when they are done.
SOMETHING TO ADD:
I can't express how incredibly humbled we are by the overwhelming response we've had to our campaign. We had every reason to believe that you wonderful people would help us to make these video's happen… but meeting our goal in a 24 hour time period is just mind blowing. It simply confirms that we have the most amazing, supportive fans in the world. Together we will continue to spread this music to new people in hope that it will bless them the way we have been blessed with the enjoyment of making it for you.
All of the money we raise above our goal is going to help us cover peripheral expenses like travel, musician pay, and any unforeseen expenses. (extra studio time, last min rentals, catering, ect.) We have a long list of upcoming expenses as well as we prepare to make this release as successful as possible! Part of that will be some new, sweet looking Kindo swag, (We want our fans to be looking good in the neighborhood, you know?) a **coughlimitedvinylpressinghacksneeze**, plus some other fun tricks we have up our sleeves for you.. In the meantime, there are still plenty of fun little perks left to be claimed. :-)
To all of you beautifully kind and generous souls : Thank you.
