Zombificador.

Zombificador is an old-style anthology movie, with several stories that interconnect with each other in some point. From big fat monsters with the ability of transforming people into savage creatures, to human-sized mutant bugs, along with talking puppets and silent psycho killers, that’s what Zombificador is all about.

With five different stories, Zombificador will be the goriest and grossest movie ever made directed by Herschell Gordon Lewis. 

In a comeback to his classic gore films, we are proud to present you with the wildest movie ever made by the “Godfather of Gore”, the most important horror filmmaker and the inventor of Gore and Splatter. 

This is our production plan:

Zombificador will be directed by the legendary “Godfather of Gore,” Herschell Gordon Lewis, director of such classics gore festivals such as Blood Feast, classical horror movies like 2000 Maniacs and disturbing bloody films such as The Wizard of Gore. Zombificador merges all the elements that made him famous, returning to his basics, and making the ultimate Gore movie by the person who invented it.

The script of this movie is co-written by Herschell Gordon Lewis himself and Marc Fernandez, producer of the movie, and contains five different stories that interconnect with each other.

Casting cannot be completed until a start-date is established, but anticipation is that stars will include horror icon Bill Moseley, from Rob Zombie’s “The Devil’s Rejects” and the cult musical “Repo!”, and Michael Berryman, well-known for his character in the original “The Hills Have Eyes” by Wes Craven, and his appearance in “One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest”. Other actors will be announced soon, including other well-known horror and Gore icons.

If that’s not enough for you, the movie will use traditional old-style effects, thanks to one of the best special effects companies in the world that will help us make this movie possible.

And now the big question, why doing this crowd-funding campaign?

Doing a movie nowadays is difficult, as most people will tell you, even for the “Godfather of Gore”, and since fans are the most important part of a movie, we had the idea of bringing you the opportunity to be a part of the project by donating a small amount to the film.
