Grief Hurts. Support Hope.
HOPE is a
documentary film about finding joy, finding your purpose and reimagining your
life and your relationships after loss. HOPE
highlights the inspirational stories of people moving beyond loss and grief and
finding a new way to live. Its about honoring the life and remembering the love.
Life can be hard and it seems as if every day there is more
bad news: Nice, Dallas, and the political scene both domestically and
internationally. We all agree that the one guarantee is that we will have our
dark days. That's why we set out to make the film HOPE.
HOPE is here to help. Our goal is to tell stories that
inspire and provide tools to uplift, enlighten and make you feel better, no
matter what your grief.
Whether you have lost a spouse, parent or child, grief hurts
but we want to help. We have traveled the country meeting and filming some
pretty inspirational people and they have shared with us what has helped them
move beyond their grief and to embrace life. We want to share these stories
with you to help you rebound from the curve balls that life sometimes throws our
way.
We are award winning documentary filmmakers who have made
documentaries on healthcare, our medical system, wellness, spirituality and
films about the arts and humanities. We have worked from the White House to
Broadway to the streets of Detroit.
We are asking for funding to be able to go around the country and document the uplifting stories of loss and renewal, of grief and inspiration. While we have filmed some amazing interviews we want to be able to tell everyone's stories in the best possible way- and that is why we are asking you to chose a reward and let's get HOPE up and running.
