Hi! We're Jamie Metzger and Maeve
Bellmore, best friends with an addiction to ice cream and raising healthy,
happy children. Hello Sailor! Ice Cream Trailer is our key to being
stay-at-home moms for our future children while continuing to contribute to the
household income. We're hoping that the success of the first Hello
Sailor! truck will lead to expanding the fleet in order to give this same
exciting opportunity to other moms wanting to raise their own kids! To
accomplish this goal, we need to get our first truck on the streets as soon as
possible.
By contributing to our Indiegogo
campaign, you will be helping us purchase a vintage van, refurbish it to meet
health regulations, and give it a classy makeover. Without your help, the
potential of Hello Sailor! will only remain a dream. Please help us
change our lives, and subsequently the lives of many present and future moms.

We are campaigning for $17,500 which will aid in:
- Purchasing a vintage step
van
- Fixing all the mechanical
issues that pop up with old vehicles
- Refurbishing the interior to
meet modern health regulations
- Re-painting the exterior to
becoming the eye-catching Hello Sailor! van

Just like the era of swing music, victory rolls, and "Gee
golly!"s we believe in the benefits of being home with our children.
Not all mothers today have this option, so we want Hello Sailor! to open
this door for moms looking for an alternative to the 9-5 rat race:
- We hope even single mothers
will be able to run a Hello Sailor! truck as their primary income.
- We hope that by the time we
are ready to have children, Hello Sailor! will be a smooth running operation and
allow us much more time to raise our families.
- The primary goal of Hello Sailor! is to bring families together.
