Summary

• As video production majors with an interest in action sports we knew that taking our advanced video class and working on narratives wasn't what we wanted. Instead, we reached out to our professors and, as a group, put together an independent study that would both satisfy our advanced video requirement and also allow us the flexibility to film what we love.

• On September 27th we will be driving to Philadelphia, PA for the weekend to film two experienced New England skaters at the worlds most famous skate spots. These spots include FDR Park, Love Park, and William Penn High School. In addition to Philadelphia we will also be taking trips to film in other major city's in New England such as Boston and Providence.

• By donating to our project you will not only be helping us fund our independent study project, but you will also be helping three student filmmakers get that much closer to reaching their dreams.

What We Need & What You Get

• In order to make this project a success we are asking for $500 in funding. This money will go towards transportation to and from Philadelphia as well as other trips that must be taken to complete the project, a place for us to stay while visiting Philly, and extra equipment costs. A budget of $500 is the minimum amount of funding needed to make our trip a reality, but the more funding we raise will allow us to take our video that much further and open up more opportunities throughout the production process.

• If we don't reach our goal we will only be receiving 91% of the funds we raise so every dollar counts.
