Isbarah is a hardcore game mixed between platformer and shoot them up. You will fight against huge and powerful boss and only against them: each combat is a duel. You will have to keep your head and think really fast to stay alive and victorious.

The game takes place in a mysterious world where human imagination lives. You will deal with human-imagined creatures but also against non-imagined creatures called Designless.

Abadon: designed creature

Your father is the god of this world, but this world keeps expanding and he needs you to maintain his supremacy.

But any totalitarian regime, by human or god, is not only white and black...

Challenging Gameplay

You are alone against powerful entities. No one to help you, and you need to think fast, use your power wisely and be cool. Survival is hard, but with big score comes great rewards.

Platformer Vs Shoot them up

You're moving like in a platformer. Your enemies move freely like in a shoot them up. They create rains of bullets to kill you. With your physical abilities and movement capacities it's gonna be hell to survive. But you have your powers...

3 powers :

• Control time : You can use slow motion to be more accurate and look around.

• Control speed : You can dash to extract yourself from delicate positions.

• Control the environment : You can create platforms to use it or make a shield.

Duels

Every combat is intense. No small fries, only duel against powerful and merciless boss.

Yeah, we love beautiful 2D painting. So we put that in the game !

We do.

That's why we wanted to create a game with an original, yet simple, gameplay.

The result is a game in which every player can grow his own way of moving and surpass himself over and over again. We like creating situations that appear unsolvable at first but that can be achieved with training and skills.

We are fond of 2D painting, and we wanted to bring the player a piece of this art. This goes beyond the visual aspects of the game, as all the gameplay is also impacted.

We now have all the elements we need to bring you guys a fun and challenging game, with beautiful 2D graphics, we just need your help to increase the scope of the game and polish it.

We are currently in development. We have enough money to do the rough version of 5 chapters of Isbarah. This graph will show our progress: 

Luc is working on the design of chapter 5 boss.

Lorène is working on chapter 5 boss and chapter 3 levels

Manouk is making a first set of animations for Chapter 5 boss.

Aurélien is integrating Chapter 2.

Right now, we don't have enough resources to polish and extend the game we already have.

For instance, the editor is a very important functionality for us but it's a complex task and we need time to do it.

So far, we funded everything by ourselves but we need you to make the game greater (for the greater good).

We have three needs :

• Finish and polish the game : QA, animated scenes, improve animations and other FX.

• Sound design : we need to outsource this part because we can't do good stuff by ourselves.

With 5 chapters we don't have time to show each cool stuff and battle we can make. With time we become more skilled and we would love to add two more chapters with GIANT HUGE BADASS BOSS.

Lv 1 : 44.000 euros 

If we manage to rise 44.000 € we make chapter 6.
Chapters are composed of 3 epic battles with their own unique level. Chap 6 would contain mythological beasts. 

            
Lv 2 : 56.000 euros

If we manage to rise 56.000 € we make chapter 7.
Chapters are composed of 3 epic battles with their own unique level. Chap 7 would contain very specific platformer mechanics, together with the most powerful boss. Must be insane to fight against them.

Lv 3 : 102.000 euros

If we manage to raise 102.000 € we will make three more chapters. Not with the most powerful boss (see above), but with a lot of secrets about the universe of Isbarah.
