1. Contributions & Payment
Are shipping costs and VAT included in the Perk price in Indiegogo?
The prices $239.00 and $269.00, respectively, do not include shipping and applicable VAT.
How do I contribute to a Perk so that I get a Jolla Tablet, including shipping?
There are two (2) perks to choose from - 32 GB Jolla Tablet and 64 GB Jolla Tablet – shipping cost (and VAT) will be added automatically to the final contribution amount.
I contributed using two Indiegogo accounts/email addresses - what should I do?
If you have made several contributions using different accounts, please make sure to tell us about this by submitting a support request here.
In the request, please indicate all the email addresses you used.
I did not choose a Perk when contributing, but I paid the whole sum for the Tablet - do I get a Jolla Tablet?
If you made a contribution for the Jolla Tablet without adding a perk, there is no need to worry as long as the contribution equals the price of one of the two available perks.
I made a contribution, but now I've changed my mind. How do I get my contribution back?
Indiegogo is changing their refund policy for contributions starting on 1st September 2015.
Contributors may request a refund from Indiegogo before the end of a campaign they have contributed to. For Campaigns that have entered the InDemand program - of which the Jolla Tablet is now a part of - Contributors may request a refund from Indiegogo within 10 days of the contribution. Read more here.
In addition, for campaigns in the InDemand program, contributors must request a refund within 10 days of the contribution. Contributions are eligible for a refund by Indiegogo unless (a) funds have already been transferred to the campaign owner, (b) the perk associated with the contribution has been fulfilled or (c) Indiegogo determines that there has been an abuse of the refund policy.

I am not happy with the Tablet, can I return it?
You may return the tablet delivered to you within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that return shipping, including any customs or other charges - as applicable - will be borne by the sender. Keep in mind that we only accept returns from ship-to countries supported by the Jolla tablet campaign.
To request a return please submit a ticket here. Please indicate clearly in the subject and body of the request “RETURN”, provide your 1) contribution email address(es), 2) specifics on which perk(s) you contributed towards, and 3) the payment method utilized. Once we receive your request, we will then provide you with further instructions.
How do I know if my contribution was successful?
You should have received a confirmation email from Indiegogo if your contribution was successful. The confirmation email you received from Indiegogo serves as the receipt for your contribution. Please follow these instructions to access your individual Indiegogo account.

When are you going to ship the Tablets?
We will keep you updated on the schedule in our update emails and in the Jolla Blog.
How do I pay for several Tablets? I can add only one Perk at a time?
If you wish to contribute for several Tablets, we kindly ask that you contribute for one perk and shipping at a time, using the same email address for all contributions.
If I pay for more than one Tablet, what should I pay for shipping?
Each of the two (2) perks - 32 GB and 64 GB Tablet, respectively - has shipping included. There is no need to contribute separately to cover shipping cost.
After contributing to the campaign, what happens next?
We will keep you updated on the schedule by email and through the Jolla Blog.

The Jolla Tablet supports memory cards up to 128GB in size. Will these cards work with Windows computers?
Support for 128GB memory cards on the Jolla Tablet relies on an open-source solution. This enables you to use memory cards up to 128GB for back-ups and additional storage, but due to Microsoft’s licensing limitations, cards over 32GB will not be directly compatible with Windows computers. We apologize if you were expecting full Microsoft support here, but we feel that this best suits to our community's wishes and Jolla's values.
Can the tablet features or specifications change before delivery?
As in any product development, changes are possible. We reserve the right to make changes in described features, specifications, and delivery date estimations and to introduce software features and functionality at a later date.
