When do I select the size and colour of my METAmorph dress?
At the end of the funding period (January 30, 2014), you will receive an email from us
with colour swatches and key measurements for each size available. You’ll have a week to send us your choices after the campaign ends. Please include your complete address so that we know where to send your new favorite dress! If you need help with sizing, just send us an email with your measurements and a recent photo to metamorph@thieves.ca.

Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?
We do ship internationally! To cover our costs, we’ll apply a surcharge depending on the number of dresses shipped and the distance they need to travel. To inquire about specific cost, send us an email with your address and we can give you a price
beforehand.  When accepting goods that have been shipped internationally, we encourage you to consider the import fees or duties that vary by country, which you are responsible for paying. You can visit www.dutycalculator.com to see what your import duties for your country will be. 

How does shipping work?

Within Canada, we will ship your parcel with Canada Post. They expedite goods quickly and efficiently, for a fraction of their competitors’ prices. For international buyers, we use DHL to transport METAmorph. For a flat rate, they’ll ship the dresses and make sure they land right where you want them. We also ship everything is eco-friendly packaging. Please see our shipping chart and add the appropriate amount to your perk.

What size should I order?
We provided a size chart above for you. Using your waist and hip measurements, select the corresponding METAmorph size. Please note that the dresses are a generous fit, if you are between sizes it is better to size down.  You can always email metamorph@thieves.ca with your measurements and a photo of yourself if you’d like our size recommendation. The great thing about METAmorph’s fabric is that the fit doesn’t have to be textbook perfect—it will complement your curves regardless.

Will you accept exchanges for other sizes?
We’re going to go above and beyond to ensure you have all the  information necessary to select the right size before ordering. In the unlikely event that you wish to exchange your METAmorph for another size, however, you can return your unworn dress within 7 days of receiving it (return shipping costs not included) and we’ll send you another once all original orders have been filled.

What if I buy METAmorph as a gift and I can't take the recipient's
measurements?
No problem. Put a note in the comments section that you’re ordering this as a gift. We will send a gift card to the lucky recipient and ask for their measurements.

Are there any special care instructions for bamboo fabric?
We recommend you wash your METAmorph in cold water, gentle cycle with eco friendly detergent. Hang to dry, just as you would any garment you wish to preserve in its original condition.

What if I don’t know how to tie the Metamorph?
Don't fret! We have easy-to-replicate pictures and videos featuring all kinds of DIY METAmorph styles available online at www.thievesboutique.com. If you still need help let us know, we want you to feel confident about being creative!

When will I receive my METAmorph?
With the campaign ending on December 30th, 2013, we intend to be shipping dresses by May, 2014. Despite building in extra time for production, there could be unexpected bumps along the way. We will keep all funders in the loop, communicating any delays so you know when your METAmorph will arrive.

I'm having trouble with PayPal/ I am not sure that my payment went
through.  What can I do to complete my transaction?
Let’s get to the bottom of this!  If you're having any trouble contributing via PayPal, or if you want to confirm that your payment went through, please contact us at metamorph@thieves.ca We'll do everything we can to ensure the correct payment amount has been processed.

Can I contribute a larger amount?
Who are we to say “no” to generosity?! The beauty of Indiegogo is that there is no limit placed on levels of support. We are beyond grateful for anything extra that comes our way, and we may even send you something special for doing so to express our thanks (wink wink, nudge nudge)!

Where can I purchase METAmorph after the campaign ends?
You can visit www.thievesboutique.com to follow the evolution of METAmorph, and browse all of our women’s and men’s clothing.

How does METAmorph give back?
We believe that every business given the opportunity to generate profit should be giving back to those in less fortunate circumstances. We are also invested in making sure every step of our development and production processes respect the planet.  That is why a portion of proceeds from each METAmorph ordered is sent to a charity that aligns with our vision for a sustainable future.

What are you going to do with the money you raise?
Once we reach our goal, filling orders will be our first priority! We will also send funds to the charities your contribution has helped to support. Any additional funds will go towards continued production and further development of a new project we are working on (stay tuned!).
