As a Vietnam era Veteran my goal in life was to provide health care services for the millions of Disabled Children that their parents got exposed to "AGENT ORANGE" during the War. This goal will now be realized by a endowment royalty per gallon sold under a JV Agreement between Vietnam's Government entities and PeaceENERGY BioFuels LLC.

PeaceENERGY's Technology can implement the sales and distribution of Vietnam's National Master BioFuels Plan along side PetroVietnam and Hanoi University School of Transportation and Engineering "HUST". HUST has won a contest that drove a 110-cc Honda Motorbike hundreds of kilometers on (1) US gallon of E-100.This conversion technology will be used as its model to convert 40 million motorbikes starting in 2014 to 2020 and beyond to use E-85 & E-100 under the National Master Plan.

Our ultimate goal is to allow other ASEAN countries the use of PeaceENERGYs Technology with our Validation and Certification of a new mechanism Emissions Reduction Program thru the World Bank and convert an estimated 2.5 to 3 billion motorbikes in 10-20 years for a cleaner Planet with less pollution of Green House Gases.

 To accomplish these goals we seek your support of $2,500,000. Your support will get us additional financing from EXIM-Bank. PeaceENERGY has a (Approved LOI) under the 85-15 program. EXIM will finance a low interest rate loan for $8.5 million with PeaceENERGYs contribution of $1.5 million. EXIM funds will be used to create jobs under the Department-of-Commerce "Buy American Program". Products will be built and exported to Vietnam that will say "Made-In-America". The remaining amount goes to build our process patent pending proprietary proto-type system (software,hardware,equipment) that includes (2) shipping modular containers (2) fuel KIOSK tank systems 20'/6,800 gallons, 40'/7,500 gallons poly-carbon steel tanks,all fueling equipment attachments,solar back-up panels & tracker, lithium batteries, API Hardware for the mobile payment system,encrypted software Mobile Payment System and LIDAR collision avoidance sensors for motorbikes. 

In November 2013 PeaceENERGY presented a proposed 40 Year JV Draft Agreement to the Ministry-of-Industry-Trade "MOIT" Science and Technology Division and PetroVietnam for its National Master BioFuel Plan. PeaceENERGYs Technology was well received as the "Missing Link" to expedite the National Master BioFuel Plan. Starting in 2014 we will implement the sales and distribution with support,advocacy and various tax incentives from MOIT. Your funding support will be utilized in all these aspects and to complete a formal negotiated long term contract agreement.
