My Happy Path is a happiness advocacy website transforming into an online yoga studio offering something not yet available on the internet: uniquely themed yoga classes, guided meditations and positive affirmations interwoven together to focus on specific empowerment subjects.
Each week will spotlight different ways we can embrace our highest self. For example:
- reducing fear
- expanding calmness
- releasing stress
- enriching the relationship with inner self
- letting go of anger
- connecting with forgiveness
- nurturing the heart
Studio members will receive the trifecta of empowerment tools every week, while at the same time having access to the library of past HD videos.The weekly package of classes, meditations, and affirmations will be available for a monthly membership of $11. The first two weeks are free and a yearly membership is $89.95.

Hi! My name is Shanie Matthews.

I am a Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher (my main teachers being Shiva Rea, Saul David Raye, Elena Brower, and Kia Miller), social entrepreneur, and positivity warrior. I found in my own life that a dedicated practice of yoga (especially a home practice) gives a person the tools necessary to become his or her true best self.
Why an Online Yoga Studio?
I started practicing yoga in the mid 90s. I committed to a daily yoga practice nearly eight years ago when the worry over a family member in a challenging situation was taking over my life.
I had no idea how much a daily yoga practice would help me create an overall sense of wellbeing.
I am living proof that a daily yoga practice can change life immensely for the better. Just in the last two years yoga helped me heal from a simultaneous divorce and injury that required surgery in which I broke my femur, tib/fib plateau and tore my ACL, MCL and LCL. I am certain yoga offers a way to create my healthiest self. Here are some of the other ways yoga gives opportunity to be my best self:

I know that yoga has brought me health that I would not have known otherwise.
But there is another place that the vibrancy of daily yoga is showing itself...in the yoga students that come to my classes. Hearing their stories of how a commitment to a daily empowering yoga class is changing their lives for the better makes me certain that this socially beneficial business is needed.

I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart that I know first hand that doing yoga on a daily basis gives a person the power to create their best life possible.
